- That room is cold! Dress in layers, if you are sensitive to this.
- You must get your buy-in to Harrah's 2 weeks in advance, if you buy in my mail/fax. Within 14 days leading up to event, you must buy in at the Rio.
- Get your entry cards as soon as you arrive, sometimes it takes a while for them to find them.
- You must have a Harrah's players card to be in the WSOP.
- You must have a valid picture ID (if you're drivers license has expired, they won't accept it) to get a Harrah's players card, pick up your tournament entry cards and when you turn your card into the dealer at the starting table.
- Don't rush down to the tournament, they usually won't allow you to your table 5 minutes prior to the start.
- Everything at the WSOP happens afternoon, your mornings are free.
- The drinks are free when you're playing, don't drink too much and tip wait staff a buck or two per drink.
- Follow the signs to the "Additional Restrooms", out the back, you can't go wrong!
- The "WSOP Poker Kitchen" is out back, with the Additional Restrooms.
- (10a) If you want to gamble, hop a cab to the strip, the $10 cab fare will be more than offset by being able to find tables with lower minimums.
